Use of Itemoro
Itemoro helps you create, edit, organize, import, export, print, and manage inventory information, including item records, photos, labels, QR codes, barcodes, packouts, rentals, wishlists, storage locations, prices, invoices, reminders, and related notes.
You are responsible for the information you enter, import, export, print, share, sync, or back up using Itemoro.
Itemoro does not require an Itemoro account for local-only use in the current version. If account login, hosted sync, subscriptions, or multi-user cloud features are added later, additional terms, privacy details, and any required account deletion process will be provided before those features are released.
Local Data, Backups, and Exports
Itemoro may store data locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups and protecting exported files, PDFs, spreadsheets, photos, labels, invoices, shared packout files, and backup files.
We are not responsible for lost, corrupted, deleted, overwritten, incorrectly imported, incorrectly exported, incorrectly synced, or accidentally shared data, except where prohibited by law.
Before deleting app data, uninstalling Itemoro, changing devices, importing a backup, syncing with a spreadsheet, or relying on inventory data for important business decisions, you should make and verify your own backup.
Accuracy of Inventory Information
Itemoro is a tracking tool. It does not guarantee that inventory counts, prices, estimated values, warranty dates, maintenance dates, expiry dates, packout status, rental status, invoice details, barcode data, QR code data, imported data, exported data, or synced information are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for accounting, insurance, legal, tax, safety, or regulatory purposes.
You should verify important information independently.
Photos, Labels, Barcodes, and QR Codes
You are responsible for ensuring that photos, logos, labels, barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, receipts, invoices, and other materials you add, generate, print, or share do not violate the rights of others and are appropriate for your use.
Generated labels, barcodes, QR codes, and item links are provided for convenience. You should test scans, links, and printed labels before relying on them.
Imports, Exports, and Shared Files
Itemoro may allow imports from CSV, Excel, Google Sheets-compatible files, backup files, images, shared packout files, or other supported files. Imported data may be incomplete, duplicated, changed, or incompatible depending on file formatting and source data.
You are responsible for reviewing imported or synced data before relying on it.
Optional Third-Party Services
Itemoro may allow you to use Android sharing, email, printing, calendar, file storage, cloud storage, spreadsheets, web search, image search, card lookup tools, or other third-party services. Those services are provided by third parties and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, lookup results, prices, images, availability, accuracy, downtime, or changes made by those services.
Card, Product, and Web Lookup Features
Itemoro may include optional lookup or smart help features to help fill item details, photos, or estimated values. Lookup results are suggestions only. You are responsible for confirming the correct item, edition, condition, grade, price, image rights, and value before saving or relying on the information.
Packouts, Rentals, and Invoices
Itemoro can help create packout lists, rental lists, check-in or check-out records, and invoices. These tools are provided for convenience and do not replace professional accounting, legal, tax, insurance, or contract advice.
You are responsible for confirming rental terms, taxes, deposits, payment instructions, due dates, return condition, and invoice accuracy before sending or relying on an invoice.
Subscriptions and Paid Features
Itemoro may offer free usage up to a stated item limit and may later require payment or a subscription for additional features, storage, syncing, item limits, lookup features, multi-user access, or platform access. Pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation rules, refunds, and app-store requirements will be disclosed before any paid feature is activated.
If purchases are made through an app store, billing and refunds may be handled by that app store according to its policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Itemoro for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purposes; attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, disrupt, or misuse the App; use the App to store, create, print, or share content that violates someone else's rights; or upload, import, export, share, or distribute malicious files, misleading codes, harmful links, or harmful content.
Intellectual Property
Itemoro, including its design, code, branding, text, icons, and other materials, is owned by Red Cog Productions Inc. or its licensors, except for content you add to the App and third-party materials used under applicable licenses.
You may use Itemoro for your personal or internal business inventory management, subject to these Terms.
No Warranty
Itemoro is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost inventory data, lost backups, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from or related to your use of Itemoro.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid for Itemoro or the minimum amount allowed by law.
Termination and Changes
You may stop using Itemoro at any time. We may suspend, discontinue, or change Itemoro, or terminate access to any online or paid features, where permitted by law and applicable app-store rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and make the updated Terms available in the App or on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
